Hello—
I’m Mandy the owner of Flower and Forged Farms, a specialty cut flower farm in Rock Port, Missouri. Together with my husband Thomas, we seek to better our community and world through flowers. Flower and Forged Farms is a vision to inspire those to be reminded that just as metal is ‘forged’ so too are we. Life’s circumstances forge us into something beautiful.
The thing I love most about flowers and how I got my start jumping into flower farming was a moment of peace and wholeness in the garden. After a hard few weeks of bedrest for pregnancy complications, I saw my daughter chasing butterflies in our then humble zinnia patch. It was in that moment where I knew all my worries need not exist, the flowers brought beauty, calm, and joy for my then worried soul. I soon saw how these humble flowers brought joy, memories, and beauty to others and was encouraged by my community to pursue flowers.
