Refund Policy and Shipping Policy

Our customers are important to us and we want to make sure that you are satisfied with the product you receive. We promise to ship your tubers in superb condition within our means. We check our tubers multiple times for viable eyes, firm body and overall health. 

Although we take a lot of extra steps to ensure you receive a great product we ask that as a buyer; you inspect your purchase immediately upon arrival and contact us via email within the first 3 days of receiving your order.  You can email us at: flowerforgedfarms@gmail.com

We will not issue refunds after the first week of receiving your order. We do not ship earlier than the first few weeks of April thru May—depending on weather to ensure less chances of winter weather/frozen tubers. Lastly, we are NOT responsible for improper storage made by the customer, weather, growing conditions, pests, plant performance, failure to thrive, neglect or other customer circumstances. 

Shipping:

We ask that customers select the proper shipping options, as we offer free farm pick up and local delivery—only to those in Rock Port, MO. Improper shipping selections will result in cancelled orders. We only offer free shipping in the case of special promotion or local pick up, workshops, and so on.
